My wife only eats well done meat, she has stomach cancer and cannot afford a risk of getting any bacteria. My wife decided to get a hamburger, it looked like it was cooked, however it was raw in the middle. I do not recommend this buffet to anybody, I would not bring my dog there. First things first we went to the buffet. Needless to say, we decided to stay for the night and give it another go in the morning. If youre going to work in a casino and be a professional then you should act as one, I have received better customer service at McDonalds. First of all no man touches my wife, and secondly calling her baby is just flat out disrespectful. Instead they have a large black ignorant security guard who grabs my wife by the shoulder and says you cant be here baby. They didnt have anything roped off to keep people from entering that area. Later that evening, they were servicing and area of machines. By the front door we noticed the shuttle bus sitting in front of the casino with a driver twiddling his thumbs, with nobody aboard. 20 minutes later still no sign of the shuttle bus, so my wife and I decided to walk through the rain to the casino. I called the front desk to the gentleman on the other end of the phone was very friendly and said he would send a shuttle bus out to us. When I pulled in it was pouring down rain. First off, I Drive an 18 wheeler, so I have to park in the back of the parking lot. I will not be visiting this casino ever again.
